We specialize in delivering fresh and frozen seafood from the coasts of Ecuador and Peru to customers across the globe. Our logistics and cold chain systems are designed to preserve product freshness.
Shipping Rates
All ❄ freshly frozen items ship FREE nationwide when you order $325+ (after discounts) of ❄ freshly frozen items. Orders containing less than $325 of these items will ship at a flat rate of $19.99 nationwide. Fees are calculated at checkout or via a custom quote for wholesale clients.
• FREE shipping is available on additional products, shop all free shipping eligible items.
• Frozen Seafood (Int’l) Cold Chain takes Sea or Air Cargo 3–7 business days
• Bulk/Wholesale Orders Refrigerated Container Freight 7–21 days
How We Ship
Freshly frozen, live/fresh, and shelf-stable items ship in separate boxes to ensure optimal quality. You are able to select a desired delivery date at checkout.
• Freshly frozen items are in transit for 1-2 days and delivered on the date you select at checkout.
• Live and fresh items are in transit for 1 day and delivered on the date you select at checkout.
• Shelf-stable products are typically delivered within 3-5 days of the order being placed.
Packaging & Temperature Control
All seafood orders are carefully packed using:
• Insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice
• Vacuum-sealed and frozen-at-source packaging
• Tamper-evident labeling and temperature tracking
Our cold chain infrastructure ensures your order arrives in perfect condition.
